  • Goto to your PhpMyAdmin (MySQL database)
  • Find and click on ow_base_plugin
The resulting page contains list of plugins installed on your website. Kindly find the plugin causing the problem and delete it. Example, if the friends plugin is causing the white screen, scroll down to where you have friends and delete the entire row (See image below).
After the deleting plugin from the database, the plugin can still be found on your list of available plugin in your admin dashboard. You can choose to delete it completely or leave it alone. Which ever way, you are free from the white screen of death!
